What is this?

Advanced Communications offers a very advanced Prepress platform to manage your electronic files. It enables you to upload your PDF art files at any hour, on any day, either to our automated Iproof system or our traditional FTP server.

If you upload a file to our automated system, the computers conduct a general preflight review of your file to ensure the major parameters are correctly formatted.

Then, once the file is verified, the computers will automatically rip, trap and produce a print ready file.

Once this process is complete, you and anyone else you invite into the collaboration will receive an email invitation to view a near instant online proof.

Then if you are satisfied, you can approve the proof online. Or, upload corrected page files to replace those which required adjustments.

In all cases, this automation is overseen and reviewed by our skilled prepress staff.
